An approachable, all-levels studio for Junction residents — two weekly classes that fit neatly around work, family and weekend plans.
The Junction has quietly become one of Toronto's most creative neighbourhoods — independent makers, great food and a community that values doing things with intention. That mindset translates beautifully to a yoga practice that's about consistency rather than perfection.
Conquer Flow is a short hop south of Dundas West at 2100 Bloor St W, inside Conquer Fitness. Junction locals can reach the studio quickly by car, bike or bus. Our Tuesday Optimal Flow and Friday Yoga Unwind both run 6:00pm–7:00pm — designed to bookend a busy week.
Drop-ins are welcome and beginners are genuinely supported. Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been meaning to come back to your mat, you'll find a calm, friendly space here — no pressure, no performance, just practice.
