Yoga Classes in Toronto's West End

We offer two weekly yoga classes at our studio inside Conquer Fitness on Bloor St W. Both classes run 60 minutes and are open to all levels.

Optimal Flow

Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

A dynamic vinyasa-style flow class building strength, mobility and body awareness. Modifications provided for all levels.

Fridays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

A slow restorative class focused on deep stretching, breathwork and relaxation. Perfect for stress relief and recovery.
