A neighbourhood studio for High Park locals — two weekly classes that pair beautifully with a morning run or an after-work walk through the park.

Few Toronto neighbourhoods make movement feel as natural as High Park. Between the trails, the cherry blossoms and the runs around Grenadier Pond, residents here already build their week around getting outside and feeling good in their bodies — yoga is a natural complement.

Conquer Flow is just a short walk or quick drive from the park at 2100 Bloor St W, inside Conquer Fitness. Our Tuesday Optimal Flow and Friday Yoga Unwind are timed for early-evening practice — perfect for closing out a workday or stretching out after a long park walk.

Classes stay small and all-levels welcoming, with experienced teachers who take the time to support beginners. Whether you've practiced for years or are stepping onto a mat for the first time, High Park residents will find a friendly, grounded space here.
