Etobicoke residents know that the best spots aren't always around the corner — they're usually a short, easy trip away. Conquer Flow sits just east of the Humber at 2100 Bloor St W, inside Conquer Fitness, with quick access from the Gardiner, Bloor and Royal York.

Our weekly classes — Optimal Flow on Tuesdays and Yoga Unwind on Fridays — both run 6:00pm–7:00pm. That makes them an easy after-work stop on the drive home from downtown, or a relaxed weekday-evening reset.

Classes are small, all-levels and beginner-friendly. We focus on real practice over perfection — no fancy gear, no pressure, just a calm hour with experienced teachers. Etobicoke locals: you're warmly invited to roll out a mat with us.
