Bloor West Village is one of Toronto's most walkable neighbourhoods, where people stroll to their coffee shop, their grocer and increasingly, their yoga studio. The pace here invites a slower, more intentional way of moving — which makes a regular yoga practice feel like a natural extension of village life.
Conquer Flow sits a few short blocks west of the village core at 2100 Bloor St W, inside Conquer Fitness. That puts our Tuesday and Friday classes within easy walking distance for residents along Jane, Runnymede and the side streets in between — no transit or parking headache required.
We focus on small, all-levels classes taught with care, in a warm space that genuinely welcomes beginners. Many of our regulars started as curious neighbours who walked in once and stayed. If you live in Bloor West Village and have been meaning to try yoga, this is your nudge.
