Optimal Flow is a vinyasa-inspired class that links breath with movement. Each session builds strength, improves flexibility and sharpens body awareness. Modifications are always provided — whether it is your first class or your hundredth, you will find your edge here.
Who It Is For
All levels. Athletes, beginners, and experienced yogis all practice together.
What to Bring
Water bottle, comfortable clothes. Mats available to borrow.
