Hatha Yoga Toronto

Hatha yoga is the foundation of most modern yoga styles. It pairs physical postures (asanas) with breath control (pranayama) in a slower, more deliberate practice. Each pose is held for several breaths, giving you time to find alignment and build strength from the inside out.

This style is perfect for beginners who want to learn proper form, as well as experienced practitioners seeking a slower, more meditative practice. Hatha builds a strong base that supports every other style of yoga.

Conquer Flow will soon offer dedicated hatha classes at our Bloor St W studio. Expect mindful sequencing, detailed cueing, and a calm atmosphere where you can focus on breath, body, and stillness.
